O LEITOR, O ESPECTADOR E AS AFINIDADES
ARTÍSTICO-ENUNCIATIVAS EM VARIAÇÕES ENIGMÁTICAS

RESUMO: Averiguar as relações existentes entre a arte dramática e a narrativa contemporânea é o intuito deste artigo. Procuraremos enfocar a afinidade entre o papel do leitor e do espectador, na tentativa de mostrar as possíveis relações entre essas duas manifestações artístico-enunciativas que congregam discussões similares e contemporâneas. Nesse sentido, evidenciaremos tais relações no texto dramático Variações enigmáticas (2002), de Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt, considerando o aparato teórico de Carlson (1997) e Eco (1994) a fim de discutir sobre as noções estéticas que circundam gêneros artísticos em questão.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this article is to investigate relationships between dramatic art and contemporary narrative. We intend to focus reader and beholder roles affinity, in order to show a possible relationship between these two artistic and enunciative manifestations, which congregate similar and contemporary discussions. So that, we will analyze these relationships in the dramatic text Enigmatic Variations (2002), written by Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt. Esthetic notions that surround the artistic style will be discussed based on Carlson (1997) and Eco (1994) approaches.
