DE SEDUZIDAS A SEDUTORAS: UMA ANÁLISE DISCURSIVA SOBRE A FEMINILIDADE E VALORES CULTURAIS E MORAIS NO SERIDÓ DO RIO
GRANDE DO NORTE, PRESENTE NOS PROCESSOS-CRIME DE SEDUÇÃO E DEFLORAMENTO E NO JORNAL DAS MOÇAS (1900-1945)

RESUMO: Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os discursos acerca de valores culturais e morais que emergiram no Seridó do Rio Grande do Norte entre 1900 e 1945, pretendendo entender as construções discursivas jurídicas e literárias acerca da feminilidade e honra, através da análise de processos-crime de sedução e defloramento. Esta malha discursiva é costurada por Michel Foucault com seus fios de poder, saber, disciplina, sexualidade e discursos. Chega-se à conclusão que o feminino foi tecido por várias categorias: ora valorizando o corpo familiar através de um ideal de feminilidade burguesa, ora mostrando quebra de valores e costumes através das mulheres seduzidas e sedutoras, o que enriquece, ainda mais, a análise desta documentação.

ABSTRACT: This work has as objective to analyze the speeches concerning cultural and moral values that had emerged in Seridó do Rio Grande do Norte it enters 1900 and 1945, intending to understand the legal and literary discursive constructions concerning the feminine and it honors, through the analysis of seduction process-crime This discursive mesh is sewn by Michel Foucault with its wires of being able, to know, disciplines, sexuality and speeches. It is arrived the conclusion that the feminine one was weaved by some categories: however valuing the familiar body through an ideal of bourgeois feminine however showing to value in addition and customs through the seduced and seductive women, what it enriches, still more, the analysis of this documentation.
