VOZES E SENTIDOS NO DISCURSO INSTITUCIONAL
LEGAL DO ENSINO RELIGIOSO

RESUMO: Este estudo fundamenta-se na base teórica da Análise do Discurso de vertente francesa, a partir de uma análise qualitativa. Considerando a presença de outros discursos, além do Discurso Institucional Legal, discutimos o processo de constituição das vozes (polifonia – percebida a partir das marcas de heterogeneidade e dos silêncios) nos enunciados, e dos sentidos (polissemia percebida a partir dos enunciados e paráfrases) na identificação das formações discursivas e ideológicas. Na perspectiva de melhor compreender a construção e os efeitos de sentido pelo objeto discursivo Ensino Religioso, buscamos refletir acerca dos textos institucionais legais tanto na referência ou não a Deus nos Preâmbulos das sete Constituições Brasileiras como na presença ou ausência de artigos específicos acerca da obrigatoriedade ou não do Ensino Religioso nas escolas de Educação Básica.

ABSTRACT: This study it is based on the theoretical base of the French Discourse Analysis, from a qualitative analysis. Considering the presence of other speeches, beyond the Legal Institucional Discourse, we discuss the process of constitution of the voices (polyphony – perceived in the heterogeneity marks and in the silences) in the utterances, and the constitution of the meanings (polyssemy perceived from the utterances and paraphrases) in the identification of the discursive and ideological formations In the perspective of better understanding the construction and the effect of felt by the discursivo object Religious Ensino, we search in such a way to reflect concerning the legal institucional texts in the reference or not it God in the Preambles of the seven Brazilian Constitutions as na.presença or absence of specific articles concerning the obligatoriness or not of Religious Ensino in the schools of Basic Education.
